Montenegro – Kosovo

For the purpose of preparing the full application within the Montenegro – Kosovo cross-border cooperation program, a joint meeting was held in Berane with representatives of the partner organization NGO Youth of Gračanica from Gračanica.
During the meeting, project activities were elaborated in detail and an implementation plan was created for the project, which has successfully passed the first phase (the project concept note was approved), and for which the partners have been invited to prepare the full application.
