In cooperation with the informal citizens’ group “For a More Beautiful Face of Andrijevica” and the Association of Wood Processors Berane, the Foundation CIRCLE participated in organizing and implementing activities within the project “Together for Better Eco-Tourism in Andrijevica.”
The goal of the project was to promote the sustainable use of Andrijevica’s tourism potential through civic activism. With the financial support of the Fund for Active Citizenship, significant results were achieved:
- A 4 km eco-trail to the Rujišta viewpoint was arranged and marked,
- Educational workshops on sustainable tourism were held,
- Environmental clean-up actions were carried out,
- A digital campaign was launched to promote Andrijevica as an eco-destination,
- A local fair of homemade products and handicrafts was organized.
The project engaged over 70 participants and volunteers, with special contributions from youth and women from the area, as well as local agricultural producers.
